Pre-Emergent Weed Control
Pre-emergent weed killers are chemicals that work to control weeds before they begin to grow. Pre-emergent’s will not control existing weeds that are already up, but instead lay down a barrier over the soil to stop seeds from germinating. Some seeds are known to last fifty years, so if the herbicide is not applied each year, the weed will grow.

Olive Stop
The Olive tree is everywhere in the Vegas valley. By law, newly planted Olive trees must be of the non-fruiting variety. However, there are a lot of older Olive trees in the valley which do produce fruit. These Olive trees do require some extra attention. Fruiting Olive trees can create a huge mess if not managed correctly. To avoid Olive trees from dropping their fruit, they must be sprayed with a Growth Regulator (GR). A GR will inhibit Olive trees from producing olives so the number that fall will be extremely minimal. The window for application is January 20th through March 20th. The effects of this application won't be seen until the late fall to early winter as various Olive trees fruit at different times in the year.
